There are many guy friends around you, they are nice and kind, they always give a hand when you need help, they protect you and they also care to you, you can be yourself when you are with them. In short, one of them can be a good boyfriend for you.
You believe if a good love relationship can be started from a good friendship, that’s why you always try to create good relationship with all of your guy friends, so if someday one of them becomes your boyfriend, your relationship with him will last long and more solid.
But the problem is … after many years together with them, none of your guy friends invites you to go out, even if you go out for dinner or watch cinema, you always go with the group of guys and not making a romantic date between two persons.
When you are ready to have a lover, your friendship doesn’t go anywhere. If you invite one of them to go out, you are not sure if he will take it as a date, maybe he will only see it as an ordinary dinner. Why do men only consider you as a friend? Why the friendship doesn’t turn into love relationship?
There are many reasons why friendship can’t change to be a love relationship, some of the reasons are:
a. He is afraid to ruin the friendship
You’ve been very close to him; you often spend time and hang out with him and also with the other guy friends. Your relationship is very solid and beautiful, that’s why he’s afraid to change the status of friendship becomes love relationship, he doesn’t want to make the other guy friends feel jealous, he also doesn’t want to make you feel awkward and make distant from him, as the result, he retains his status as a friend and doesn’t turn into lover.
b. Physical attraction disappears
It’s not a secret if men are visual creatures; they are easily aroused by women’s physical beauty. But when you are very close to him as friend, he will not care to your physical appearance, he accepts you the way you are, and even he considers you as one of his guy friends.
c. There is no challenge anymore
When a man approaches a woman, and then he is able to take her out for dinner, there is a proud of him because he can get a woman for dating. However when you are very close to man as a friend, going out for dinner or hang out with him is a usual thing, he doesn’t consider it as a challenge anymore.
d. You don’t know when should change the status
You’ve known him for years as a friend; you see him every day and feel comfortable with him. You think that he will always be with you and gives his shoulder to you. However one day he gets a new girlfriend, and suddenly you feel losing him, you are sorry for being late to say your love feeling to him. When you feel interested to one of your guy friends and want to be his girlfriend, you better tell him the truth, at least you will find out about his feeling to you, so you won’t regret whatever happens in the future.
e. He is not excited anymore
When a man is interested to a woman, he will feel excited every time he meets the woman, even when he is alone in his room, he will still imagine about that woman. When you are too close to a man and meet him everyday as a friend, the excitement begins to vanish, he will ignore the feeling, and it will be difficult to change the feeling of friend to be a lover.
