Tips to remain faithful amongst your relationship

For all the married readers of my blog, here is a wonderful article dedicated for you..8steps to remain faithful amongst your relationship...Click read more...!

Step 1
Trust. To start, you have to agree to trust your partner and your partner has to agree to trust you. IF your relationship lacks trust it will be a very rocky road for the both of you. Lack of trust can lead to infidelity in either partner.
Step 2
Talk about your partner. When you are with other people, especially someone that comes on to you, talk about your spouse or partner. Make it clear that you have no intent to be unfaithful. If someone makes advances, be sure to be stern with the way you turn them down. Say something along the lines of "I am not interested, I am happily married." If you are passive about your answer, you will leave the door open and that will hurt you in the long run. An example of a passive response is "Well, you are beautiful and if I wasn't married I would think about it."
Step 3
Don't put yourself in a situation that you know can end up badly. Avoid situations where you will be with a tempting person. If you must attend something with someone that you know you are attracted to, then bring your partner with you.
Step 4
Avoid Alcohol and Drug Use. Drinking and taking drugs alters your mind and lowers your inhibitions. Avoid this is you know you cannot handle yourself.
Step 5
Accept that you are not single. When you were single it didn't matter how you acted, but now you have someone to care for and another individuals life to worry about. Accepting that you are single is a good step to staying faithful.
Step 6
Tell the truth. Always tell the truth no matter the circumstance. If you meet someone that comes on to you, tell your spouse and be honest about what happened. Don't leave her guessing and wondering what else you are leaving out.
Step 7
Remember your vows.
Step 8
Consider the Consequences. Think about what will happen if you are unfaithful. Will your wife leave you? Will your husband take the kids away? Whatever you conclude, the outcome won't be pretty. Keep that as a motivator for staying faithful.
Good luck,keep rocking...!

Sriram Mallik.
